Friends of Cooch’s Bridge Annual Juneteenth event

The Friends of Cooch’s Bridge will hold their annual Juneteenth event at Cooch’s Bridge Historic Site, a Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs property. This free event features keynote speaker Dr. Cheryl Renee Gooch, with a musical performance by Martin Hargrove, remarks by Patricia Wilson Aden, and a research update by CBHS site supervisor.
Parking for the event is available at the Pencader Heritage Museum, 2029 Sunset Lake Rd #2629, Newark, DE 19702, with a shuttle to CBHS. Registration is strongly recommended at https://friendsofcoochsbridge.org/upcoming-events/.
