The Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

Museum/Historic Site Interpreter
Application opening date: Sept. 8, 2022. Closing date: Sept. 29, 2022
Based at the John Dickinson Plantation located at 340 Kitts Hummock Road in Dover, Del., the casual/seasonal position of museum/historic-site interpreter participates in all aspects of interpretive and educational programming. Interpreters are responsible for interacting with the public, programming and social media support, research, and daily historic site operations. The John Dickinson Plantation has recently received an Award of Excellence from the American Association of State and Local History.

Based at The Old State House and the Johnson Victrola Museum located in downtown Dover, Del., the casual/seasonal position of museum/historic-site interpreter participates in all aspects of interpretive and educational programming. Interpreters are responsible for interacting with the public, programming and social media support, research, and daily historic site operations.
