The Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following position:

Accountant

Based at the division’s main office at Richardson Hall, 29 N. State St. in Dover, the full-time accountant is responsible for recording, analyzing, monitoring and reporting on a wide variety of financial and budgeting activities, utilizing standardized accounting principles and practices.

Physical Plant Maintenance/Trades Mechanic I
Application opening date: May 27, 2022. Closing date: June 24, 2022
Based at the division’s maintenance facility at 1155 S. Little Creek Road in Dover, the part time, casual/seasonal position of Physical Plant Maintenance/Trades Mechanic I will be responsible for completing basic repairs in several trade fields and performing routine preventative maintenance and repair work at the semi-skilled level.

Museum/Historic Site Interpreter

Based at the Zwaanendael Museum located at 102 Kings Highway in Lewes, the part-time position of museum/historic-site interpreter position is responsible for conducting tours and special programming, and providing in-depth information about Lewes’ maritime, military and social history.
