HCA Comes Together to Make a Difference: Supporting SECC Campaign

The Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs (HCA) is a proud participant in the State of Delaware State Employees’ Charitable Campaign (SECC), joining fellow state employees in supporting charitable organizations and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

In previous SECC campaigns, HCA employees have demonstrated the power of teamwork and generosity through their fundraising efforts.  These accomplishments reflect compassion and commitment to our staff and serve as a reminder of what we can achieve when we come together for a shared purpose.

This year, HCA will be supporting the American Cancer Society an organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by cancer through research, education, advocacy, and patient support services.

To bring employees together in support of this year’s campaign, HCA is planning a fall themed event featuring a pumpkin decorating competition.  The activities will provide an opportunity for staff to showcase their creativity, enjoy some friendly competition, and strengthen connections with colleagues while supporting a worthwhile cause.

Building on the generosity shown in previous campaigns, the division looks forward to another successful year of giving.  Whether through participating in planned activities, contributing to the SECC campaign, or encouraging others to get involved, every effort helps demonstrate the impact of a team working together.

Stay tuned for more details on upcoming fundraising festivities!
