Preparing for the launch of the Historic Tax Credit online system
The Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs is preparing to the unveil a new digital submission process for the Delaware Historic Preservation Tax Credit program.
The administrative side of the new system is now in service, with the launch of the public portal expected around July 1, 2025. Once the online system is fully operational, applicants and consultants will be able to digitally submit applications, check the status of the state’s review and request assistance through the portal.
The online portal is the result of several years of planning and development by the’ State Historic Preservation Office to provide a more user- friendly experience for program applicants while streamlining the review process.
