Join us at two Historic Preservation public forums Sept. 21

On behalf of the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs and Preservation Delaware, Inc., the University of Delaware’s Institute for Public Administration is hosting two virtual public forums on historic preservation, on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

On behalf of the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs and Preservation Delaware, Inc., the University of Delaware’s Institute for Public Administration is hosting two virtual public forums on historic preservation, on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

The public is invited to share ideas for advancing historic preservation in the First State. These ideas will be used to guide future preservation efforts through a forthcoming report.  The forum will:

  • provide an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of current historic preservation efforts
  • consider best practices examples from other places
  • solicit input on potential programs and practices for Delaware
