2021 ‘Uniquely New Castle’ photo contest
–Photos accepted Oct. 17 to 31, 2021. Voting open Nov. 1 to 5, 2021–
Between Oct. 17 and 31, 2021, the New Castle Court House Museum will be accepting photographs for its online contest entitled “Uniquely New Castle.” The contest is open to amateur photographers age 13 and above (parental consent required for those under 18). Submissions must feature New Castle as a subject and participants must agree to have their work publicly displayed and featured across all the museum’s social media platforms.
Beginning on Oct. 17, 2021, photographers who are interesting in submitting their images to the contest may go to the following link, https://tinyurl.com/NCCHPhotoContest2021, where they can complete the application form and attach their photograph (limit of one photograph per applicant) by the deadline of Oct. 31, 2021.
Submitted photos will be posted on the museum’s Facebook page where followers will be asked to “vote” for the winning photographs by “liking” or reacting to the individual photos. Votes will be collected for one week from Nov. 1 to 5, 2021. The photo with the most reactions will win, be featured on the museum’s social media sites and be awarded a small prize.
