Division opens four positions focused on Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion

The Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs is adding four new positions. To assist with fulfilling the pledge made in our 2020 Race and Equity statement, the division is adding a full time (contractual) Leader for DEAI (diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion) and three part-time Inclusive History Researchers. The Leader for DEAI will be a member of the division’s leadership team. The researchers will work closely with the Leader for DEAI and other staff across multiple teams.
