PUBLIC NOTICE: Proposed amendments to the regulations governing the Delaware Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program

The Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs proposes changes to the regulations pertaining to the Delaware Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program. These revised regulations are available for public comment. For a copy of the proposed regulations, as well as instructions on how to submit public comments, go to Amendments to the Regulations Governing the Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program in the Delaware Register of Regulations. The deadline for submission of comments is October 31, 2019.

The proposed changes do not affect the Federal Historic Tax Credit Program.
