The Emergence of American Military Medicine under Washington

With 32 years of distinguished service as a medical Officer in the United States Army, Dr. Wagner retired with the rank of Colonel. He is a noted medical historian and shares his deep knowledge of medicine and history. A graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Dr. Magner has served as a Pentagon consultant, advising on the mobilization and coordination of medical forces across all service branches.
