New Castle Court House Museum Lead Interpreter Allison Reardon will discuss her research into Belman Lui, the last proprietor of the "Chinese laundry" at 123 Delaware St in New Castle. She will discuss the origins, triumphs, and challenges of her research and then explore Belman Lui's life and family in China, California, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
