Public presentation of First State National Historical Park’s Historic Resource Study on Oct. 25, 2018

On Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018 at 7 p.m., the National Park Service will offer a public presentation on the First State National Historical Park’s Historic Resource Study which was recently completed by Paula S. Reed & Associates, Inc. The presentation will take place at The Arsenal located at 30 Market St. in New Castle, Del.

Paula S. Reed, Ph.D., architectural historian, historian and principal investigator, has particular and extensive experience with cultural resource evaluation. During her presentation, she will discuss why and how the park undertook the study, and review her conclusions and findings.
