DESCRIPTION:Participants will get to explore using pastels with local artist Dennis Young and then use those skills on Saturday to make art on the New Castle Green. This workshop is required if you are going to be attending the Plein Air on Saturday but if you join the workshop you are not required to join the art making on the Green on Saturday.
