The Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs’ State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) has an immediate job opening for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills to help manage our Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program. The position will work closely with the Program Coordinator to track the status of applications for federal and state tax incentives programs, organize project files, maintain spreadsheets with program data, analyze data and prepare reports. Experience in architectural history or historic preservation is helpful, but not required.
This is a casual/seasonal position with the State of Delaware, working up to 29.5 hours per week.
